SNAP
The Family Pantry-Damien’s Place assists guests interested in applying for SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) formerly the Food Stamp Program.
Guests interested in applying for SNAP benefits, can complete the SNAP Referral Form, available at the Pantry. The completed form is submitted to The Greater Boston Food Bank by one of our Pantry Volunteers. This gives the Food Bank permission to contact you to assist you with completing and submitting the application to the Department of Transitional Assistance.
The form is very short and guests only need to provide their name, address and phone number as well as a preferred call back time. The Greater Boston Food Bank will contact guests within two business days of receiving your referral.
